I want to know if the job is dangerous? Do you have to climb up ladders, go under buildings? be exposed to toxic substances such as asbestos?
dangerous depends on whats dangerous to you as far as climbing ladders yes to check the roof and vents under buildings yes to check the water pipes for leaks and also to check the structural safety of a home they look for any problems with the home and also let the perspective home buyer know whats wrong with the home they are thinking of buying and what needs to be fixed also of any safety issues with said house
