If you had your building tested and it came back with 1% asbestos is it safe?
We had one agency tell us we was okay to use the building and another agency tell us we had to pay someone to presure wash the building before we use it.
The EPA would be able to tell you the levels that are approved, my guess would be yes there are so many of our old builidngs with this.
