Painting Asbestos Shingles
Cost to paint a two story detached home in San Francisco?
I would like to have the exterior of my home painted using high quality latex paint. The current color is white with gray trim. The house is made of wood and needs painting on all four sides. The older half in front was built in 1900 and had asbestos shingles installed in the 1950’s, which are still in good condition. The newer half in back was built circa 1960 and still has the original wooden planks. The paint is peeling very badly on this half. The total floor space is approx. 2,761 sq feet. Does anyone know about how much it would cost total to paint this house?
You will need to call a local painter, you may have issues with colors and paint you can use if your in a Historical district you may face. They would know that. Good luck
