What is Cement Asbestos?
What is cement asbestos and where was it used? Is it basically just sheeting that is/was used to insulate housing (kinda like siding)? We were sanding/grinding a cement wall in the company front yard, and I was just wondering if this could have been labelled as cement asbestos. I don’t know if it contains asbestos, but it is just a cement/concrete wall that contains the company name. Thanks.
You are thinking of a siding panel that was manufactured back before the 70s? Cement and asbestos panels, maybe 1 foot by 2 foot. There are replacements now for this siding that contain no asbestos. A very old siding, and no, you would know the difference between concrete and this siding.
