Young asbestos victim a ‘tragic case’
The lawyer for a 40-year-old mesothelioma victim who is suing for compensation after claiming he was exposed to potentially deadly asbestos fibres as a child during outings to the popular Castledare miniature railway in the 1970s has told the Supreme Court today he “couldn’t imagine a more tragic case.”
