Antique asbestos shingle cutter?

My mom’s boyfriend has an antique asbestos shingle cutter, model F, that was made in Belleville Il. He’s trying to figure out how much it’s worth, and I’ve looked on the internet but can’t really find anything except a few on Ebay that haven’t even been bid on yet. Does anyone know how much these normally sell for?

I can’t imagine very much since they were mass produced in factories thus having little to know collectors value. But what do i know, i just work for antique road show.
