Asbestos Roofing Materials
Can the regiform sheets be use as an echo-proof material for the ceiling?
I have installed a home theater system in my home, in a separate room.
But I’m experiencing echo in the room. This is badly effect for the quality of sounds.
My Wales, floor and roof are made of hard materials (cement and asbestos sheets).
It is 14’ x 12’ and heignt is about 10’.
So I need a cheap solution for the echo issue.
I’m going to paste 1” thick regifrm sheets for the ceiling and cover the walls with curtain.
Will this be worked?
Can you give me an advice?

(regiform = the white materials that are used in the packing boxes of electronic items as a safe guard)
i’ve heard that gluing egg cartons to the walls and ceilings produces a “studio like” effect. haven’t done it myself but heard it works. good luck!
