asbestos danger pay rate?
we worked with asbestos today and had to wear masks and suits etc, and the boss said we get danger pay. then after the job, and after charging the customer an extra 30 or so % for ‘danger’ of asbestos, he says we only get a danger pay rate of $1.25 a week. can this be right? is there a set rate thats legal?
