Finding closes Kroger for day
Kroger officials closed the supermarket at University Drive and Carroll Boulevard for about 21 hours Friday and Saturday after discovering an area that contained asbestos. Gary Huddleston, manager of consumer affairs for Kroger’s Southwest division, said the front section of the store had been undergoing a remodeling project for the past month.
